This time of year can always get busy, but that’s no reason to not try to save the date for these two STL November tech events and try to attend!
St. Louis is a fast-rising star on the global startup scene, and these two back to back events make it quite clear to see why. Recently, John Biggs, the East Coast Editor for TechCrunch paid a visit to St. Louis and fell in love. He gushed about our hometown and according to Biggs, “fascinating startup scene.” (You can read more gushing here.)
Biggs & TechCrunch are returning to St. Louis and along with Accelerate St. Louis, are holding the FIRST TechCrunch Pitch Off for the St. Louis community! The event is November 17th at the PBR Cowboy Bar located at 601 Clark Avenue in downtown St. Louis. You can register for the event here.
They are also looking for some startups to pitch at the event as well. If you’re interested, you can fill out the form here.
It is sure to be a fantastic event, so we would encourage you to register early.
Interested in Startups? Don’t Miss this event!
Also in November (and the following day/eve on November 18th) is the Startup Connection event, being held at Washington University. The Startup Connection the largest showcase of the St. Louis’ top startups. The event provides the startups with the opportunity to present their company to other entrepreneurs, investors and other members of the community in a showcase/resource fair environment. It’s a great event and a wonderful opportunity to mix and mingle with others in the tech/startup community and those interested in contributing to this vital scene for the St. Louis .
We hope to see you out at either or both of these terrific events!
