We’re proactive in our customer service experience and employee relations – we routinely send out satisfaction surveys, empower all Consultants to provide their candid feedback directly to our Owner and our Leadership Team, and take Consultant’s business and process suggestions seriously.

o   Engagement One-2-One’s

You’re not alone out there! At times, some Consultants may feel disconnected from their employment partner while on assignment. Whether it’s a quick call or email, coffee or lunch, our check-ins encourage as much or as little interaction as you’d prefer. We’re here if you need us!

o   Education

We believe you should never stop learning. That’s why we connect our people to ongoing educational opportunities to help keep your skills sharp. We update this information frequently in our blog (under the tab ‘Insights’) on our website.

o   Team Events

Neteffects participates in a number of events each year, and hosts some employee-only social gatherings – including our annual company family picnic. We notify all of our Consultants and Alumni on such opportunities via our blog and social media accounts, so be sure to keep up with us online.

o   Referral Rewards

We’re always on the lookout for top talent. If you’re a Consultant and know someone who might be a perfect fit for one of our open roles, let us know! If they’re hired and employed for a full 90 days, you can earn a reward. Rewards vary, and are determined by the demand for certain positions.

When your project is nearing completion, we’ll work with you to get you ready to engage in your next consulting opportunity through neteffects. From resume review, to interview preparation and offer negotiation; we’ll work hard to help you excel in your career.
