How it Works

Know a good developer? Java? .net? C#? Go? Send us their name and contact information, or have them send us their resume with a note that YOU are the referral source. If we hire them, at their 90 days of employment with us, you will earn $2,500.00 AND at 180 days of employment with us you will earn another $2500.00. YES that is a total of $5,000.00! The Fine Print

The SWEET REWARDS program and associated referral fees are not open to current clients, or any affiliates of neteffects where a conflict of interest is a concern. Referrals must be placed in a consulting engagement by neteffects, or direct hire role with a client and remain employed for a minimum of 3 months. At the 3 month mark, the referral reward for the SWEET REWARDS promotion of $2,500.00 will be paid out, less any applicable taxes. Subsequently at time of 180 days of employment the following $2,500 will be paid less any applicable taxes. In order to earn the reward, your referral must be hired within 6 months of your referral date and not be an active candidate with recruiter engagement within the last 60 days. This offer is only valid for new referrals made in the month of February 2019 only. Void where prohibited.Who do YOU know?
