Working to bring together client needs and quality candidates is the main goal for Mike Tiffany, NetEffects new recruiting manager.
Mike's responsibilities include managing the firm's growing recruiting staff who seek out candidates for NetEffects' roster of national companies who need skilled IT professionals nationwide.
Mike chose to come to NetEffects because he, “Liked the direction in which the company was going and the company’s history with large clients.” He also likes the diversity of the jobs NetEffects works to fill and the broad base of clients.
“Mike has a successful track record in building recruiting teams. He has been responsible for building pro-active recruiting processes to increase the effectiveness of candidate recruitment. He will fit well into our growing organization," says Vice President Stephanie Schroeder.
A veteran recruiter himself, Mike understands how to find candidates for the difficult jobs that most recruiters shy away from.
